Linux Engineer - RedHat Linux - Government - 4 month contract - SC Clearance
I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced RedHat Linux Engineer on an ongoing project with a government client.
Due to the urgency and nature of the project, candidates with active SC Clearance would be preferred.
I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have
Extensive, hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux in production environments.
Experience of working in central government / critial infrastructure would be preferred
Strong background with Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform in enterprise environments.
Proven experience administering VMware solutions supporting enterprise infrastructure.
Ability to write and review architectural design documents for infrastructure and platform solutions.
Solid understanding of networking protocols and topologies relevant to Linux platforms.
Experience supporting business-critical, real-time systems with a focus on availability and proactive improvement.
Strong communication skills, including customer-facing experience and the ability to write clear technical documentation.
