CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted engineering lead for key clients, delivering exceptional service, solving technical challenges and helping shape long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems
- Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects
- Building strong relationships with customer contacts
- Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities
- Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Fire & Security engineering experience
- Gent qualified
- Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems
- Professional customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
- Full UK Driving Licence
