As an independent subsidiary of HP Inc., we combine the agility of a specialist provider with the power of one of the world's leading technology companies, giving our clients instant access to cutting-edge innovation backed by market-leading service operations.

At Apogee Corporation, we are shaping what modern workplace services look like - combining over 30 years of experience with the innovation strength of being an independent subsidiary of HP Inc. We help organisations work smarter, faster, and with far less friction. Our ambition is simple but bold - to be the first-choice Workplace Services Provider for customers and their people, creating seamless experiences that enable productivity wherever work happens.

We are now looking for a Head of Channel Development & Partner Services to build and scale our indirect technology services business. This is a pivotal commercial leadership role where you will design, shape, and grow how our services are taken to market through partners. This is not a maintenance role. It is about creation, structure, and scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Take ownership of developing Apogee's indirect services proposition and turning it into a repeatable, commercially strong partner model.
  • Work across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure everything we offer through partners is both deliverable and profitable at scale.
  • Design and develop repeatable managed service offerings for indirect partners.
  • Shape commercially compelling propositions, pricing models, and service documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms with strategic partners.
  • Own commercial performance across revenue, margin, and growth for the indirect channel.
  • Build and develop relationships with key partners across Managed Print Services, Managed Service Providers, HP ecosystem partners, and wider technology organisations.
  • Enable partners to successfully position and sell Apogee services.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through service expansion and partner growth.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure services are deliverable, scalable, and efficient.
  • Resolve commercial or delivery challenges where needed, balancing customer expectations with operational reality.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline and use data to drive performance improvement.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This is a remote role, with occasional travel required for meetings in our offices and with partners.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in Technology Services, Managed Services, or Managed Print Services.
  • A proven track record of building or shaping commercial service propositions.
  • Confidence negotiating complex commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Experience working within indirect or partner-led sales environments.
  • Ownership of commercial outcomes, including revenue and margin accountability.
  • Strong collaboration experience with operational delivery teams.

We value candidates with AI literacy individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.

Benefits:

  • Flexible working options.
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Holiday purchase scheme.
  • Enhanced family friendly benefits (maternity, adoption, paternity and IVF).
  • 2 paid days off per year for voluntary work to support our local communities.
  • Staff Reward Scheme.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Life assurance 4 x salary.
  • Sponsorship for professional development and memberships.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, including financial wellbeing support.
  • Mental health first aider support programme.
  • Cycle2work scheme.
  • Discounted Gym Membership.
  • Eye care voucher scheme.
  • Free flu vaccinations.
  • Employee social events and recognition activities throughout the year.
  • HP Employee discount programmes.
  • Mobile phone discounts.
