This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, working on the outskirts of Reading.
This role involves the management of all kitchen operations including menu development, food preparation, supplier coordination and cost control.
You will be responsible for creating a positive environment, driving performance and quality.
Description of the role:
Managing a full food service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
Creating menus that cater all dietary requirements and allergens.
Ensuring all internal policies and procedures are adhered to.
Leading and coaching the kitchen team.
Delivering an exceptional experience for guests and visitors.
About you:
Experience of working at Head Chef level within a high level culinary and fast-paced environment.
Experience of leading and managing a team.
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 in Food Safety.
Willing to work towards future qualifications.
