We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Day Workers and Complex waking night carers to provide specialised support to both adults and children with complex health needs. This role involves delivering personalised care within the comfort of clients own homes. The position offers an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your skills make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
We are currently recruiting for dedicated and professional carers to support in Reading and surrounding area's with the following:
- Tracheostomy
- Suction and Neb- BiPap
- Ventilation
- PEG feeding and management
- Seizure management
- Cough assist
- Bowel management
- Bladder washout
- Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
- Buccal Midazolam
Requirements:
Must speak clear and fluent English
Willing to complete full safeguarding checks and paperwork
Reliable, compassionate and committed to long-term care
Self-employed or willing to register
In date training certificates
