The Role
Were looking for an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join the Reading team and play a key role in growing the UK business.
Youll be responsible for:
Developing new business with recruitment and workforce companies.
Building relationships with business owners, introducers and industry partners.
Understanding client challenges around cash flow, payroll and growth and presenting tailored solutions.
Generating and progressing new opportunities from prospecting through to conversion.
Building a strong network within the recruitment and staffing sector.
