We're looking for a SeniorSite Manager to join our Construction team based in Rainham/Lewisham Site Based.
Location: Rainham
Hours: - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading the day-to-day construction of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll be working with a collaborative team, managing operational resources and building strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely, on time and to the required quality. Your day to day will include:
Leading and motivating site operational staff to ensure full contribution to project success
Implementing and complying with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Managing operational communications and relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
Planning and managing operational requirements for internal and external resources
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, to programme and to client satisfaction
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
You have demonstrated experience in a site management role with a proven track record in construction
You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships
You have a proactive knowledge of health, safety and environment management
You're highly organised, IT competent and driven to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
