Estate Services Mobile Operative needed in Rainham Paying £14.80 per hr ref 000B 3A26 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Drive and load vehicles to collect bulk refuse, fly-tipping and unwanted items from estates and communal areas.
Transport and safely dispose of waste and recyclable materials at designated sites.
Carry out deep cleaning of internal and external areas using specialist equipment such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers.
Undertake general estate cleaning duties, litter picking, manual sweeping and environmental maintenance.
Provide relief caretaking services across multiple estates, often at short notice.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works as directed.
Respond to emergency clean-up requests and priority estate issues.
Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following training.
Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and defect records.
Transport goods, equipment and materials between sites as required.
Work closely with caretaking and other estate services teams to maintain high service standards.
