We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie to join a well-established, beautifully refurbished tea room near Battlers Green Farm, Radlett (WD7) .
This is an exciting time to join the team, with a new Head Chef leading the kitchen and driving the development of an innovative, fresh new menu.

The Role Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
Assist in developing exciting new menu offerings.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
Help mentor junior team members where required.
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative cooking.
A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
