Your future, your role
As a Product Manager - Clear Aligners, you will:
- Project manage the delivery of new products and initiatives in the clear aligner portfolio
- Cross-functional working with support centre teams to manage and improve clear aligner operational processes
- Work with clear aligner partners to plan and deliver new product launches; improve support and operational processes
- Manage the communication of updates and new product/initiative launches
- Manage the partner relationships and product management of clear aligner support tools, such as ClearForward and DentalMonitoring
- Work closely with the clinical team, mydentist Academy to create and maintain a framework of support and education for clear aligners and clear aligner growth
- Support field and practice teams with operational issues and queries
Skills and Experience we're looking for
- Commercial awareness with experience balancing customer, operational and business objectives
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation
- Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or strategic partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical, operational, commercial and external partner groups
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Process improvement and problem-solving capability, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering margin and revenue growth
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
