Youll be joining our People Experience Team within our office called Support Centre , which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and full time
Hybrid working arrangements- one day per week in the office

Your future, your role
As an Employee Relations Partner, youll be:
Ensuring high quality, customer focussed advice and support is provided
Ensuring that risks are effectively identified and managed in a compliant and commercially aware manner within the appropriate processes
Supporting operational management within allocated region in all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management, as well as other processes relevant under the employee relations remit
Working with employee relations team to analyse and understand trends in people issues across the regions and implement appropriate solutions
Support delivery of the HR people plan both personally and through the employee relations team
Person Specification
Ability to deal with complex people issues and effectively mitigate risk
Ability to influence at all levels
Excellent up to date knowledge of current UK employment law
Significant case management experience
Excellent written skills
Good IT skills including word and excel
Experience of analysing and presenting information
Ability to identify trends in data and make recommendations
Excellent communication skills
