This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of private client matters.
Unlike traditional personal tax positions, this role offers exposure to trusts, estates, inheritance tax, corporation tax and wider private wealth planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and complex client work.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage a varied portfolio of private client tax and trust matters.
Prepare and review trust and estate tax returns.
Assist with inheritance tax planning and estate administration.
Prepare corporation tax returns for companies within private wealth structures.
Support advisory projects involving trusts, estates and private clients.
Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and identify planning opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience within a Trusts, Estates or Private Client Tax team.
Strong understanding of trust taxation and private client matters.
Exposure to inheritance tax, estate administration or trust accounts would be highly advantageous.
ATT, CTA, ACCA, ACA (or equivalent) qualified, although qualified by experience candidates will also be considered.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing within the private client field.
