We're hiring multiple SuccessFactors Senior Consultants to join one of the UK's fastest-growing SAP Practices, delivering flagship SuccessFactors implementations for major enterprise clients. Roles are available across four specialisms: Compensation, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals, and Employee Central. Candidates with strong hands-on expertise in any one of these modules are encouraged to apply.

You'll work as part of an established, high-performing SAP practice, partnering with client stakeholders across the full project lifecycle from design and configuration through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support on large-scale, complex SuccessFactors programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design, configuration, and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions within your specialist module (Compensation, LMS, Performance & Goals, or Employee Central);
  • Gather and translate client business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configuration;
  • Support end-to-end project phases including workshops, build, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and hypercare;
  • Work closely with cross-functional SAP and HR transformation teams to ensure integrated, consistent solution design across modules;
  • Produce clear functional specifications and configuration documentation;
  • Support data migration and integration activities relevant to your module;
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-wide knowledge sharing and best practice.
Key Skills:
  • Proven, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience in at least one of: Compensation, LMS, Performance & Goals, or Employee Central;
  • Strong understanding of core HR/HCM business processes and how they map to SuccessFactors configuration;
  • Experience delivering full project lifecycle implementations (design through hypercare) ideally within a consulting or systems integrator environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills;
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in the relevant module(s) preferred.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record delivering SuccessFactors implementations at enterprise scale, ideally within a consulting practice serving large, complex clients;
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors module certification is a plus.
