We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team based in Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer.

Location: Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times.

As a Sub-Agent, you'll play a vital role in coordinating, planning and delivering preconstruction and construction phase activities for our projects under the Southern Water AMP 8 Framework. You'll manage operational resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards whilst maximising customer satisfaction and profitability.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
  • Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification
  • Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording
  • Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery
  • Leading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring

What are we looking for?

  • You have a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards it
  • You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awareness
  • You possess excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card qualifications
