Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established and highly regarded Sussex law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Brighton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property who is looking to join a stable, supportive firm offering genuine long term career development.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:
    • Residential sales and purchases
    • Freehold and leasehold transactions
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
    • Shared ownership matters
  • Client communication throughout the transaction process
  • Managing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE within residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits
