The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Preston area.
We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team on nights.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Times: 15:00pm - 19:00pm starts
- Pay
Rates:
Between 6am to 10pm - £17.24 per hour PAYE rising to £17.75 after 12 weeks
Between 10pm - 6am - £18.25 per hour PAYE

The role:
Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels.
Trunking - Performing trunk runs to the hub.
Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
6 months minimum experience required
No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
Excellent communication skills.
A safety-first mindset.
