What Will You Be Doing?
- Guide, motivate and lead a small team of Pre Sales Technical Engineers, ensuring they receive adequate training and development to aid their progression.
- Partner with leading housebuilders (national and regional) to design and apply heat pump solutions for new build projects.
- Lead technical discussions with developers and sales teams, providing expert advice on Daikin products and services.
- Review and validate designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with design partners and internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each development.
- Support first-fix installations, offering guidance on sensors, wiring, and plumbing.
- Manage projects effectively, tracking progress via CRM and SharePoint.
- Drive innovation, integrating Duco ventilation solutions and exploring upsell opportunities.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of heat pump systems, HVAC design, and AC selections for residential/light commercial builds.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Highly experienced in leading teams, while supporting their development roadmap.
