We are looking to recruit a Senior Driver/Supervisor for our team at Johnsons Hotel Linen based at our South Mimms Depot. The shifts are 12 hours on a 4 on 4 off pattern with variable start times.

The Role:
- Provide emergency driver cover when needed, hold HGV Class 2 with up-to-date cards.
- Assist with duty cover in the absence of the Depot Manager.
- Ensure vehicles are despatched at the correct time.
- Maintain accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork.
- Have a good basic knowledge of computer use including emails, Excel and Word.
- Assist with Inductions and ongoing training for employees.
- Carry out and record daily vehicle safety checks, reporting any defects or other maintenance.
- Work within the company guidelines on productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required.
- Assist the Depot Manager to ensure good housekeeping, maintenance of the vehicles, site risk assessments, and accident reduction analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of Company and Customer business.
- Foster and maintain good working relations with colleagues.
- Conduct any reasonable requests made by management including ad hoc duties as required.
