Night Shift Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Portsmouth Pay: £19.37 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Sunday to Friday 6 nights per week

V3 Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client for a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and consistent night shifts.
Working within a time-sensitive freight environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring goods are moved safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading trailers.
Moving palletised freight throughout the warehouse.
Checking pallet sizes, weights, and paperwork, reporting any discrepancies.
Identifying and reporting damaged goods or pallets.
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting where required, following health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and willingness to support the wider warehouse team when needed.
