Our client, a notable entity within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking an EA/PA on a contract basis to support their Managing Director during the recruitment for a permanent role. This position is essential in assisting with senior-level administrative tasks, ensuring that critical activities are managed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the Managing Director's diary and scheduling appointments
- Organising and booking travel arrangements
- Collating and preparing information for board meetings
- Providing proactive administrative support
- Communicating effectively to track the Director within the dockyard environment
- Experience in administration, particularly at the senior leadership level
- Proactive and assertive with excellent organisational skills
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or heavy industry preferred
- Ability to work condensed hours with flexible start and finish times between 7.30-8.30
- Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC); initial BPSS to start
