Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting for Order Pickers on behalf of our large client within the cold storage and logistics industry in the Portbury (BS20) area. Our client is a leading, dynamic temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics company, playing a key role in reimagining the global food supply chain.

These are long-term, ongoing positions. Role responsibilities include:

  • Order picking
  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Shrink wrapping pallets
  • Operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
  • General warehouse duties

Working hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday
  • Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Pay rate: £14.60 per hour

Additional information:

  • This role involves working in a freezer environment; suitable PPE will be provided to keep you warm
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience is essential
