Salary: £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission

OTE: £50,000-£60,000+

Location: Poole

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Schedule: Monday-Sunday rota, including every weekend

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant with proven furniture retail experience to join a successful, fast-paced retail team. The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer. You will:

  • Welcome customers and build strong relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and products.
  • Deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Identify solutions to customer needs and resolve issues confidently.

Furniture retail experience is essential for this role. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience selling furniture, working to sales targets and providing a consultative service to customers.
