As an Interim Clinical Support Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager to improve care quality and governance within the services.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
- Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.

- Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
