The successful Account Manager will: - Be professional with exceptional communication skills.

Be comfortable selling via the telephone and in virtual meetings.

Job duties for the Account Manager are (but not limited to): - Proactively schedule and complete agreed volume of outbound customer calls per day.

Respond to customer email enquiries within agreed timeframe.

Make appointments and ensure all open opportunities are maintained and recorded on the database.

Manage requests for quotes and follow up as required.

Document all customer interactions on CRM system.

Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Maintain positive client relationships.

Research and understand product availability.

Research and stay up to date on industry trends.

Management of customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Schedule customer account reviews.
