Title Checker / Technical Conveyancer Pontypridd | Full-Time | Office-Based TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established, highly regarded high street law firm in South Wales that is looking to appoint an experienced Title Checker / Technical Conveyancer to join its busy residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who enjoys the technical aspects of conveyancing and is looking to step away from managing their own caseload and the pressures of fee earning.
Instead, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider team by providing technical oversight, ensuring quality, and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
The Role Working closely with an established conveyancing department, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing residential conveyancing files prior to exchange and completion.
Checking titles, searches, reports and legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identifying and resolving technical issues and complex title matters.
Providing guidance and support to fee earners on technical conveyancing queries.
Ensuring files meet regulatory, lender and internal quality standards.
Assisting with continuous improvements to processes and best practice across the department.
About You The firm is keen to speak with experienced Residential Property professionals who: Are a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
Have a strong background in residential conveyancing with excellent technical knowledge.
Enjoy problem-solving and reviewing complex matters.
Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Are looking to move away from the demands of fee earning while remaining closely involved in conveyancing.
