  • Ability to lead the development of a portfolio of ETL pipelines, across a range of complex and/or large volume data including effective delegation of work.
  • Knowledge of leading the identification, description and isolation of complex technical data, coding, tooling and platform problems; coaching the team in describing and resolving these.
  • Ability to determine, collate and translate complex customer requirements and translate these into delivery design for data processing.
  • Good ability to manage senior stakeholders including the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders to translate, prioritise and integrate their technical needs in team workflow.
