People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 ADR Drivers to join our client's growing transport operation based in South Kirkby and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced ADR drivers who are looking for stability, excellent earning potential, and long-term career progression.
This role would particularly suit applicants with previous experience as a Class 2 Driver, LGV Driver, HGV Driver, Category C Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, ADR Driver, Tanker Driver, or Distribution Driver.
Rates of Pay: £17.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Start times between 5:00am and 7:00am

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Safely operating and driving Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations
- Transporting packed goods ADR consignments and completing low-pressure discharge deliveries
- Completing loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects to management
- Adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, customers, and site staff
Essential Skills:
- A valid UK Category C Licence
- A valid CPC Card
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, or CD codes)
- A valid ADR Certificate
- A reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A good understanding of road safety and compliance requirements
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience completing ADR deliveries
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- Experience working within the transport and logistics sector
- Good customer interaction and service skills
Training: Full industry-related training provided, ongoing support and development throughout your assignment.
