We're currently recruiting a dedicated Area Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As an Area Manager, your purpose is to develop and lead a team of managers within a geographical region. To provide exceptional service to our clients and to manage the employee life cycle. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive foodservice solutions that exceed customer requirements whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of continuous improvement plans
  • Adherence to all client and company Policies
  • Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI's, identify and help develop continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Achievement of financial budgets
  • Training and development of all employees
  • Maintain & monitor food standards to ensure adherence to brand standards & company policy
  • Assist in the development of strategies for growth and retention
  • Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies

  • Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams
  • Driving License and current driver

  • Experience of managing catering services, inc. contract catering delivery
  • Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
  • Formal catering qualification
