Job details We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to deliver engaging SSG and accredited Health & Safety training across classroom, online, and hybrid environments. The successful candidate will be supported with ongoing development, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to work towards Chartered IOSH status within a supportive and forward-thinking team. What you will do Deliver engaging Health & Safety training courses both face-to-face and online.
Support and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
Use strong communication and presentation skills to deliver structured training content.
Manage your own schedule and workload while working independently across different locations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high professional standards.
Travel to training locations as required across the UK.
Continue developing your own Health & Safety and training knowledge, including working towards further professional qualifications such as NEBOSH and IOSH development pathways.
Who you are IOSH member with a strong interest in developing a long-term career in Health & Safety.
Hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Health & Safety Management for Construction (UK) qualification.
Experienced within a Health & Safety role across construction, manufacturing, or other high-risk environments.
Hold an ISO Lead Auditor qualification and an in-date Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate.
Passionate about promoting safe working practices and supporting others through engaging training and guidance.
