Salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support complex community care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery across Devon and Cornwall.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care experiences.
Monitor service quality through spot checks, care reviews, audits, and regular engagement with care professionals.
Work collaboratively with recruitment, scheduling, compliance, and clinical teams to support service growth, successful package mobilisation, and continuous improvement.
About You
Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor , Community Care Lead, Care Manager, Complex Care Supervisor, or a similar role within domiciliary or complex care services.
Experience coordinating community care packages and working with clients who have complex healthcare needs.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall.
