This role is with a nationally recognised provider specialising in home-based treatments and personalised patient care. Their clinical teams work closely with NHS partners to deliver outstanding outcomes while giving nurses the autonomy to make a real difference in their local communities.
As a Community Nurse, you will:
Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
Manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day
Educate and support patients and their families
Work closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards
About you:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
Full UK driving licence
Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
