About the Role
We are recruiting for a CNC Machine Operative to join a well-established and respected engineering manufacturer based in Plymouth. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes on alternating shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery in line with production requirements
- Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and ensure output meets quality standards
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and report any faults or issues
- Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment
- Work to engineering drawings and specifications where required

About You
Essential:
