They are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys balancing technical expertise with project delivery and wants to work on a broad range of interesting developments across the region.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll be confined to a single service line. You'll be involved in both Building Surveying and Project Management activities, giving you the chance to lead projects, work closely with clients, and see schemes progress from initial concept through to completion. Whether it's restoring historic buildings, delivering healthcare improvements, or managing commercial refurbishments, you'll play a central role in making projects happen.
