They will monitor contractor activity against key performance indicators, identify emerging issues and escalate them appropriately, contributing to accurate monthly and annual reporting.
They will assist with financial oversight, including cost monitoring, invoice validation and maintaining clear, well-organised contract records.
The successful candidate will build positive working relationships with contractors and partner organisations, helping resolve operational challenges and ensuring information flows reliably between stakeholders.
