As our new Second Chef , youll work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create beautiful, nutritious mealsall without the split shifts and long work weeks. Youll partner with our Head Chef and connect directly with our residents to tailor menus to their tastes.

Lead: Step up and run the kitchen with confidence when the Head Chef is away.
Create: Collaborate on exciting, wholesome menu development using fresh ingredients.
Manage: Keep things smoothhandling stock control, regular audits, and working within budget.
Culture: Maintain a warm, high-standard, and fun kitchen environment.
