Your role will include:
- Providing a great guest experience
- Clean and maintain the site to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring adherence to all COSHH requirements
- Maintain and use all equipment and supplies appropriately
- Remove all rubbish to the designated area
- Work alongside team members within the hotel, while also being able to work independently if necessary
- Display a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, wearing and maintaining a company uniform
- Report any damages or defects to your supervisor
- Follow all security and key policies and procedures
- Take action in matters related to safety, security, satisfaction, and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees
- Respond swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Report any accidents or incidents to your supervisor and assist in investigations and reports
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required
- Follow all payroll procedures and complete daily hours sheet
