We are looking for a passionate and supportive Lecturer to join our team and make a real difference to learners studying Employability programmes from Pre-Entry to Level 2. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys helping people overcome barriers, achieve their goals and progress into further learning, training or employment.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to support learners both within our Jobsmart provision and in community settings across South Lincolnshire and the Greater Peterborough area, helping us bring education and employability support directly into local communities.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive employability programmes that inspire learners to achieve their goals
  • Support learners to develop essential employability, personal and workplace skills
  • Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback and celebrate success
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment where every learner can thrive
  • Work closely with colleagues, employers and support teams to enhance learner outcomes
  • Contribute to curriculum development and help shape innovative learning experiences
  • Support learners with progression opportunities into education, training or employment

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with learners on employability, life skills or related programmes
  • A passion for helping people develop confidence, independence and workplace skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creativity, adaptability and a learner-centred approach
  • A Level 5 teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent)
  • Relevant vocational, professional or industry qualifications
  • Previous teaching experience within Further Education is welcomed, but most importantly we're looking for someone who can motivate, engage and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
