We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from onboarding through to renewal. This is a relationship-led role where your focus will be on client retention, programme success and identifying opportunities for clients to continue their journey. The Role
- As Customer Success Manager, you'll become the trusted point of contact for your clients, building lasting relationships while ensuring they gain maximum value from their programmes.
- You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts.
- Building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
- Conducting proactive programme reviews and identifying any potential issues before they arise.
- Leading renewal conversations to maximise client retention.
- Identifying opportunities for clients to progress onto additional programmes and services.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and client activity.
- Producing reports and analysing programme performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Responding promptly to client enquiries across phone, email and messaging platforms.
About You
- You'll ideally have experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Membership or Training Services.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to recognise opportunities to add value.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
