About the role
As a Contact Lens Optician at Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care, you will have the opportunity to provide tailored contact lens solutions to meet each customer's unique needs. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care
- Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers
- Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
- Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service
- Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experiences
