Responsibilities in your new role as Commis Chef As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and assisting with cooking food to our high client standards.

Diligently washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for service.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.

Supporting senior chefs during food preparation and service.

Correctly storing and rotating stock to minimise waste.

Adhering to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a dedicated kitchen team.

Your personality, experience and qualifications Experience in a similar kitchen or culinary role.

A good command of English.
