We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Carers to join our growing team, supporting people within their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Shift Patterns
We offer flexible working opportunities within the following shift times:

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Carer, you will:
- Support clients with personal care and medication assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence
- Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
