Founded in 1891, Royal Trinity Hospice is the oldest hospice in the United Kingdom. Over 100 years later, we provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care for around 2,500 people every year, enabling each of them to make the very best of every moment. Our shops are a vital part of our organisation as we strive to become London's answer to sustainable fashion, helping to save over 300 tonnes of goods from landfill every year.
We are now looking for a Partnerships Executive to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working 15 hours per week across two or three days.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a relationship-focused professional with experience in partnership support, account management, fundraising, customer service or stakeholder engagement to join our compassionate organisation. The Role
As a Partnerships Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with corporate partners, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience and are inspired to deepen their support. Managing a portfolio of existing partners, you will act as their day-to-day contact and deliver a high-quality stewardship programme through regular communications, impact reporting, recognition and engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to co-ordinate partnership activities, including volunteering, employee engagement, stock donations, collaborations and retail activations. Additionally, you will:
- Produce partnership updates, case studies and impact reports
- Identify opportunities to increase the value of relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership plans
- Support new partnership opportunities and events
About You
To be considered as a Partnerships Executive, you will need:
- Experience in partnership support, account management, fundraising, customer service or stakeholder engagement
- An understanding of partnership management, customer service, fundraising or account management
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- The ability to analyse information and produce clear reports.
