About the role: As our Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will deliver our occupational health agenda, supporting colleagues across multiple sites through expert clinical guidance, case management and proactive wellbeing initiatives. You will mainly support our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with occasional travel to other sites. Working closely with Human Resources, Health & Safety and senior leaders, you will help shape how we support our colleagues' health now and in the future.

What will you be doing?
- Deliver occupational health services
- Lead on case management, health surveillance and wellbeing programmes to support colleague health across sites
- Provide expert advice and guidance
- Partner with Human Resources and line managers to offer clear, practical solutions on wellbeing and occupational health matters
- Use data to drive action
- Analyse trends and insights to develop targeted initiatives aligned to business priorities and Government guidance
- Support change and colleague relations
- Provide wellbeing expertise during organisational change, ensuring colleagues feel supported and informed
- Shape policies and ways of working
- Work with Health & Safety, Human Resources and senior leaders to review and improve Employee Health & Wellbeing processes
