People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Paisley. This role will also involve warehouse duties. This is a fantastic opportunity offering regular ongoing work, great benefits, and a permanent position for the right Van Driver.

This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Delivery Driver, Courier or Multi-drop Driver.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:00 starts

Rates of Pay: £13.00 per hour, guaranteed minimum of eight hours paid per day

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Delivering goods to shops within the local area
  • Driving vans safely and efficiently to multiple delivery locations
  • Completing daily vehicle checks before and after each shift
  • Manual handling, including lifting and carrying goods
  • Supporting with warehouse duties when required

Essential Skills:

  • A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
  • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
  • No DR or DD convictions (insurance restriction)
  • Previous van driving experience
  • Comfortable to carry out heavy lifting
  • Reliable and punctual approach to work

Training Provided: Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment.
