An excellent opportunity for a data-driven Paid Media Executive to join a growing e-commerce fashion business, supporting paid social and digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue and brand reach.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys performance marketing, e-commerce and data-led decision-making within a fast-paced retail environment. The Paid Media Executive will support campaign activity across paid social and video advertising channels, helping to set up, optimise and report on campaigns that improve reach, conversion and revenue.

The Paid Media Executive will suit someone analytical, organised and curious, with a genuine interest in digital trends, social platforms and campaign performance.

DUTIES

  • Campaign Execution: Set up, launch and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • Video Advertising: Support YouTube Ads activity to help drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with paid media and social colleagues to align paid campaigns with organic social activity and key brand moments.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the creative team to brief, develop and test ad creatives, including video, imagery and copy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Carry out daily checks on budgets, spend and KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR and CPC.
  • A/B Testing: Support testing across audiences, creatives, placements and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Use platform dashboards and Google Analytics 360 to identify trends and provide actionable campaign insights.
  • Reporting: Contribute to weekly and monthly marketing reports, translating performance data into clear updates.
  • Platform Awareness: Keep up to date with emerging ad formats, tracking updates and competitor paid media activity.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • A motivated, numbers-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in performance marketing, e-commerce and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads or YouTube would be highly advantageous.
  • A strong comfort level working with numbers and core e-commerce metrics, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and ROI.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organising data, creating pivot tables and analysing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or similar platform tracking tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, compelling and action-oriented ad copy.
  • A good understanding of what makes paid social creative successful, especially short-form video formats such as Reels and TikToks.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple budgets, platform schedules and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a dedicated paid media, paid social or digital marketing role would be beneficial, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable and curious approach, with the ability to communicate performance insights clearly.
