We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager who will -
Provide practical finance support, operational coordination, and control support to help Sporting Equals transition to a stable, robust position following the bringing of the finance function in-house.
Deliver the day-to-day operational support, records maintenance, evidence gathering, and internal audit checks required to make the organisation's financial systems work effectively. The post will ensure financial risks are managed and adequate control and assurance measures are in put in place, alongside reporting to the board and the senior leadership team.
Focus on reducing key-person dependency, improving segregation of duties, strengthening audit readiness, improving cost-centre accuracy, and delivering an office management function.
