ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Plumber you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive maintenance on a mobile or resident basis.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Completion of required work in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.
Ensure KPIs are met by working to the site plan.
Consistently promote high standards through personal standards.
Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers.
Record and document all work carried our and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
Protect the companies reputation by ensuring the company is portrayed in a good light at all times and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil its moral, legal duties and obligations.
Communicate and liaise with the client and helpdesk.
Provide excellent communication and customer service to our varied client base.
Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Good basic written and numerical skills and comfortable working with Microsoft office.
Exceptional customer interaction skills, quick thinking and an enthusiastic person who is a confident communicator.
Be well versed in all general Plumbing duties.
A sound understanding of health and safety.
Diligent, trustworthy and a great team player.
Full UK driving licence as the role will require you travel across different client sites.
