We're looking for a Sous Chef who thrives when the pressure is on, loves producing outstanding food and is ready to take a leading role in a busy, high-volume kitchen.

The Role Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be a hands-on leader , helping drive service, develop the team and keep standards consistently high.
You'll be trusted to:
Lead the kitchen during busy, high-volume services
Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Inspire, coach and develop the kitchen team
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
Keep service running smoothly and efficiently
Control stock, ordering and waste
Maintain outstanding food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen standards
Stay calm, organised and focused when the heat is on
What We're Looking For You'll have experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
You'll be a confident team leader, passionate about food, commercially aware and someone who leads from the front .
Most importantly, you'll have the energy, ambition and attitude to grow with an exciting brand that isn't standing still.
