The Role
They are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Shop Manager to join the growing management team. This is more than just a management role; it's an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and play a key role in driving the success of the café. You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, developing your team, driving performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

- Proven front-of-house management experience within food & beverage, hospitality or a fast-paced café environment

- Professional and presentable
- Good written and spoken English
- A genuine passion for great food, quality ingredients and exceptional coffee
