Working for a market-leading technology provider that supplier digital and hardware solutions across the Hospitality sector.

Helping some of the UKs best-known hospitality brands improve customer experience, speed of service and sales performance.

QSR, EPOS, Digital Signage, Cashless payment systems or exposure to similar technology will be beneficial.

Role created due to growth, excellent long-term prospects within the business in a market that is performing really well.

Depending on experience level - £50,000 - £60,000 This Key Account Manager job will suit: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Client Manager or similar ideally within hospitality, technology, or service-based industries You will manage and develop relationships with hospitality brands, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.

Proactive, high levels of communication and a driven character will be highly successful in this role.

Experience working with restaurant technology such as EPOS, self-order kiosks, or digital menu systems or a background in restaurant operations, area management or deployment projects.

Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts within restaurant and hospitality groups Act as a trusted Key Account Managerand main point of contact for your portfolio of clients Handle technical or service-related queries quickly and effectively Understand customer systems and technology solutions (training provided) Identify opportunities to expand business through proactive partnership and solution-based selling Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience The Key Account Manager jobs working environment, opportunities and rewards: Market leading technology provider, fast growing within a market sector that is performing well.
